This dealership's service department rates an A. Dan and Linda are polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The technicians fix the problem the first time. The loaners are virtually new. My truck is always fixed, delivered on time, cleaned inside and out.

I have been coming to Autohaus for over 20 years and find the service department outstanding. My service adviser Chris Clem was courteous and responsive and contacted me each day to give me the progress on my X5 repairs. I will continue to use Autohaus for as long as I own BMWs. I think Victor must be a excellent manager to maintain such a great staff.
