While driving to work the low tire pressure light came on. After filling the tire with air I drove in to Autohaus. They removed a nail from my tire, patched the tire and in 90 minutes I was driving on to work in a clean car.

Contacted via web. Told the posted price on the selected vehicle was the "bottom" but I could make an offer. I made an offer within FIVE percent of asking price and also my trade in value--- told flatly: "good luck with my search" somewhere else. And thats exactly what I did, bought essentially same vehicle somewhere else at a better price that wanted the business.

Autohaus BMW - Enough said (well almost) I purchased a new 2015 3 series from Jeremy the other day. The transaction was completely painless. I first started trying to make a purchase from another BMW Dealership in Springfield IL. That effort was 3 weeks, 12 emails & MANY phone calls long. Every time I come here they are always ready for me. I just pull up drive right in and someone is there to greet me and get me to my service advisor. I don't even have to give them my name they know who I am and who my appointment is with. I don't know how they do it. I always get a loaner vehicle and I'm on my way in no time at all. After taking my wife's vehicle to her dealer and waiting 2 hours in their overcrowded poor excuse of a waiting room for a simple oil change, I appreciate the Autohaus experience even more.

They sold me a car about 1yr ago, "Certified Pre-Owned" turns out I took it for an appraisal at CarMax and the car had 5 panels fully painted, not only painted,but their word was "The worst paint job I have ever seen." when I called them back to try to trade it for a new car they were offering about 50% of the KBB value and then just ignored me while I was waiting at the dealership. it was clear and then I understood, why they were so pushy for me to buy that car, and then when I went back to trade it, they just ignored me, ... read more

Multiple issues from time of purchase Dealership failed to pay taxes/register vehicle within 30 days; the salesman called me to invite me in for an encore review of the vehicle at that time I informed him that I never received my registration; he said he would check on it and call me back; never received a call back from him; two weeks later I called and was told the emmissions had expired and the taxes had not been paid. I've been to Plaza. They lie and treat you like you're a burden to them. I've been to West County and they're just plain inept. Finally! Finally, I found a BMW dealership that offers THE BEST customer service of them all in the STL area. Customer service that is on par with the expectation I had when I first bought my BMW. I will never go anywhere else for my service, and next time I'm in the market for a new BMW, I will be going to Autohaus! I recommend you do as well.

Autohaus is THE PREMIER St. Louis BMW dealership from a parts an service perspective. Several of their Service Writers have come from from the technical side of service so they are very familiar with these cars. The level of customer service received from their service writers is outstanding.... I have had too many great experiences there to list them all. Autohaus' performance prevents me from leaving BMW for another brand.

Lease cost of vehicle was NOT competitive-much too high. Subsequent request for literature was ignored. Routine service took three visits to accomplish and the service personnel were argumentative. My experience here has been totally unsatisfactory.
