And Chris Clem reiterated that I really needed to replace my tires ASAP, even though I did not want to spend the money at this time I appreciated the extra push he gave me do so

And even though I told the sales representative that I was not ready to purchase a vehicle until later he still took the time to answer my questions completely and patiently. So there is no doubt in my mind that shopping experience is going to be awesome!!!
"With all the renovations the approach to the service..." With all the renovations the approach to the service department is unremarkable. So you pull up. Walk inside and face a collection of desks. Nobody reaches out. Guys sit there under their caps pretending not to see. The job got done, but you haven’t maximized the opportunity.

The Advisor scheduled repair for following day. My arrival time was before his start time and the service dept. was not as friendly and helpful on appointment day. They had never seen me before. "Diagnosing and Solving a Dead Battery" Got an appointment the same day I called. Battery went dead twice unexpectedly. Problem, computer malfunction, diagnose right away. Computer reprogrammed in short order. All under warranty
