From the time I arrived the quality of service was impeccable. I only wished I had purchased my vehicle from here. Maybe, I would have received better performance with my car.
My key was not working on this 2015 528. I had to drop the car off and wait over an hour and the lady came out and handed me a key and said everything was taken care of. I went to use the key and it still did not work. I had to go find the service guy and he said there was corrosion and it was not under warranty. Had I not tried the key I would have driven home with my other key. He did not bother to come and even tell me I had to go find him. I will say the guys in the service were very friendly.

Deceptive pratice of sale followed they sell demo car new car and try to push old inventory without proper disclosure when they get caught will not even acknowledge and apologize and they say it does not matter

I had some work done on a door lock, and they were a bit sloppy putting the door panel back together. What's really baking my noodle though, is that aside from the door lock job they told me it took the mechanic 1 1/2 hours (at $150/hr labor) to replace a couple small pieces of weather-stripping along the top of the side windows (the roof edge), but when I later replaced nearly identical pieces myself (the adjoining ones), it quite literally took me no longer than 3 minutes to complete both sides! 1 1/2 minutes/side. 3 minut... read more

I have purchased a few BMW's from Auto Haus. With that being said the sales staff was great and made buying the cars an easy enjoyable experience. My salesman Nick was very easy to work with and the Used Car Manager John was great. Unfortunately when I arrived home with my daughters car I noticed the tail light was loose. Car was towed to dealership to have a water pump replaced. I informed the dealership that I was unable to pick up car for about two weeks because I was out of town. I never received a phone call to let me know the status of the car repairs and when I tried to contact service department I could never get through to anybody two days in a row and finally asked to be transferred to cashier to see if a bill was prepared for my car. I have worked with Dan Wirick, Chris Clem, and Linda Schaefer in the past to what is both a pleasant and a fruitful experience; as I drive my 328i away feeling that I have obtained the best repairs and car wash in town. I have brought my X5 in to this dealership since moving here. Here lately I brought it in to have the breaks replaced. Upon picking up the vehicle I was required to sign the checklist, stating the breaks needed immediate attention. When I ask why I was not told about this from the advisor Victor was quick to point out that I was lying about not being told, That it is standard procedure for the advisors to discuss all the information done and ask if the customer has questions. I have a 2011 7 series BMW. On a sunny extended summer day last week my sunroof motor gear drive broken. Thinking it would take forever and cost a bundle, I was surprised Autohaus took my car in the same day. Plus it only cost me the deductible on my CPO vehicle. Thanks everyone at Autohaus Service Center. Special mention also to the mechanic who figured it out in less than 40 minutes.
