He set me up with a performance center delivery in Spartanburg South Carolina and that was amazing, I recommend this to anyone taking delivery of a new BMW. Bob Dedert was great throughout the process. On my initial visit he didn't have the vehicle I was looking for so I gave him my contact information and a day later he came up with my dream car. My husband and I would definitely recommend him to others.
Where to start? Autohaus was the best experience I ever had trying to buy a BMW and won't consider going anywhere else from now on. I had previously been to Suntrup BMW and they are smarmy, scheming and unprofessional. They are the epitome of "used car salesman" and quite frankly I have no idea how they stay in business. We were pleased with the friendly and helpful salesman - Booker Wade. We never felt pressured by him and he answered all of our questions. He has the right disposition for the job. This is the second car we have bought from this dealership and we live in Illinois.
Autohaus provided me with excellent customer service before and after the sale. Brett Midgely was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. Autohaus gave me a very fair price for my new BMW 335ix and I would recomend the dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new/used BMW.
I dealt with a competitor a year ago and left that dealership so disgruntled and turned off to the car-buying experience. Steve at Autohaus has turned that perception around. He ensured that the experience was actually pleasant and I never felt as if he was just trying to sell me the car so that he could hit his sales goal or monthly quota. Autohaus has serviced 2 of my cars, neither of which were purchased from them. They always provide a loaner if the repairs are more extensive than an oil change, etc. On more than one occasion they have gone the extra mile to help me in a difficult situation. I would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing and servicing your BMW. The level of service here is far above what I have experienced at other dealers in town. I highly recommend Brett (internet sales manager), he always makes sure everything is right.
