Waited 45 minutes and just called to cashier to pay crazy bill. Here are your keys and had to ask where my car was located. Out in front of the dealership...ok.

"Satisfied" It took all day to buy a car , but at least it was pleasant and informative. when I first found the car on the Autohaus internet site , the car was discounted by more than 7 thousand dollars , after looking at it every day for 2 weeks the price miraculously went back up to the sticker price ! I thought I better buy it before it goes up any more !
"FANTASTIC SERVICE" While driving to St Louis for a 2 day meeting meeting, I got a diagnostic warning on the car. Made it (in panic mode) the last 12 miles to my hotel and called the closest BMW dealer just before closing time. I wanted to have the car towed over to the service dept. I was told the service dept was really backed up and to call back when they opened tomorrow morning. When I called back at 7AM, I got Patti Kupfer. The salesman Dennis Schaffner was and still is very helpful. He let my 2018 BMW X3 speak for itself. He gave me a better discount than the Illinois dealer I was talking to and gave me a good price for my used car. If I had one complaint that kept this dealership from getting a 5 star review, it would be with the finance manager, Todd. First, of course, he's trying to sell me on a paint and interior sealant, which I decline. Total time was about one hour including test drive. Well done. No back and forth. Just got it to my end result the first time
I would of given 10 stars if I could. My wife and I are from Louisville KY and we drove over 4 hours to buy from Brett Midgley and Autohaus. When my local guys wouldn't call me back, I reached out to Brett. Within 20 minutes I had a quote that was acceptable to us. Brett, Joel, Alicia and John are truly assets to the company and I would drive another 4 hours to buy another vehicle after our current lease is up. Thanks guys. Stay in touch.
