Review of service visit at Valencia BMS I have a 2011 528i. The car is in great shape because I have only had it serviced at Valencia BMW. Dealer service is the best since the techs are factory trained. It may cost more than a local shop, but I have had great results and great service. I always use the same advisor Roberto Perez. I see him out in the community, so I know he's a local. I trust him to do the best for me and my car.

Valencia BMW My experience was great, I went in to lease a car and to went smoothly I did not stay long. I was in and out. Some dealers have you staying all day.

Install part They couldn't find my appointment. The consultant was not in and the parts department had no record of my order when I placed it with Francisco two days before. Part did not come in that day however for some reason they had one. My husband had to go to the parts department, buy it and bring it around for them to install. Pretty sure this is not how it's suppose to go.

Very happy BMW customer As always; I received outstanding personalized customer service from BMW of Valencia, while having some repairs done to my 2013 328I Sedan. Last Minute Oil Change I had a wonderful experience at this dealer. I came in last minute and the team was ready to help me right away and got me out within an hour as I was traveling. Everyone was there for my assistance if I needed anything, and very friendly to work with!

Valencia BMW Service My service rep, Jesse, was a 10+. The repair was done the same day at a reasonable cost. Jesse gave me his personal contact info & responded within minutes to my request. He also gladly helped me on some other issues with my car that was not part of the visit. I've had BMWs for 30 years & he's the best. He has a new customer.

Good car...good price...great salesman Surfing the net I discovered the SUV my wife wanted. I called and had the good fortune of speaking with "client advisor' Mazen Gharzeddine.
