Service at BMW of Fairfax I have bought seven new BMWs from BMW of Fairfax, but this review is for recent service. I have taken all my cars there for service. For the last seven years, at my request, my service advisor has exclusively been Frankie Johnson. I have come to expect, and consistently receive, outstanding support from her. So, she is the reason for all the stars (except for the great service lounge, where I frequently choose to wait -- get the grilled cheese and bacon on multigrain with pepperjack!).

BMW of Fairfax - 2019 X3 Purchase This was the second BMW we have purchased from BMW of Fairfax. Brian, was our agent for both purchases and we highly recommend him to any buyer. He understands the customer and the product and is extremely polite. Service for our first BMW, a 2014 320i Xdrive, was always done at the BMW Service Center in Fairfax. This is a topnotch facility with a very professional staff.

AMAZING car buying process! One of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had! Bouch was extremely helpful in finding my desired car and answered all of my questions. BMW Service Danika was my service advisor at BMW Fairfax and she has the best customer first approach. She listens to exactly what I needed and got everything resolved and more. Also, the lounge area is very comfortable to watch TV and do some work as well. Free beverages and snacks while you wait!
