BMW of Farifax Repair Service My air suspension failed on my 2006 530XiT. I did not have an appointment but Frankie Johnson, my service advisor, jumped into action. She had my vehicle examined by a lead mechanic, found me a loaner car, and kept me informed about the progress. Frankie always over many years has been an advocate for the customer and delivered outstanding repairs.

Balance, Rotate, and 4 Wheel Alignment FSC uses a High Speed Dynamic Load Wheel Balancing machine. This equipment detected that my rims were slightly bent causing the shaking I felt at freeway speeds. My 2005 BMW 330xi does ride smoother now but I am scheduling another appointment to replace both the tires and rims to bring the performance of this car with 135,000 miles on it back up to specifications.

BMW M repair was awful. Did great job on the initial problem but I had to come again and again for other related issues . waiting is long but waiting area seats are dated and not comfortable. Great complimentary refreshments but there's no espresso machine and those free bag of chips are not healthy.
