I had the absolutely best experience at this dealer. I had to have a taillight issue fixed and when they realized they would have to keep the car they provided me a loaner so that we could get back home to Sierra Vista. All of the staff was a joy to deal with and I would recommend them very highly.
Jayme Larson, is a pleasant, knowledgeable representative. She explains everything in detail that will be performed and what services will be needed in the future. The dealership is very clean (including the waiting and restroom).

The assistant assigned to me Humberto was exceptional, and then it got a little confusing when he called in sick. However the service department was helpful. My Vehicle wasn’t completely ready when they said it would be so I waited in the comfortable waiting area until it was complete.
Very satisfied with this dealer. They’re staff is excellent. All my questions are always answered and I’m comfortable having mh vehicle serviced.
