On my first visit to the dealership I was introduced to Barbara Marin (Service Manager) who was extremely helpful. She answered all questions about my vehicle, and gave a tutorial on many of the features. On the next visit, Barbara introduced me to my new service representative Jayme. She was also very helpful. All service was completed in a timely manner. My first impression of the dealership was definitely Excellent.
Jayme my new service rep. was very helpful and responsive to my requests. The wait time of 3 hours is excessive.
When I first took delivery of my leased 330i, I complained that the brakes were touchy/grabby. I was told that "that is the way the car is designed". I also complained that the car makes a screeching sound when backing up. I was told "to let it wear in". Now after only 18,000 miles I am being told I need a brake job for $2,300. The back brakes are at 4 mm and the front brakes are 9 mm which is the reverse of what it should be. This is unacceptable and I am very unhappy about this. My car was in the service center for almost a week but I was fine with that as I didn’t really need it. I needed a brake job but also to have a few other things checked out. The initial communication after dropping it off was slow due to an unforeseen absence by my service guy Umberto. All in all the service was fine. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad
