I had scheduled an appointment for a 're-call' of passenger air bag (after more than a year of reminders - not driving the car so not too important). Although the appointment was for 7:30 am they said they may not have the parts (I checked that they did before agreeing to an appointment) and to check back. All went well and glad that it is taken care of.
Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. I did not feel pressured or rushed.
Drove in town from Phoenix to Tucson. I showed up unannounced around 5pm on a Friday afternoon with a tire pressure warning light on my I4. Turned out to be a nail in the tire and not a faulty sensor. 45 minutes later I was back on the road. Unbelievable customer service. Well done!
I intially stopped in to have my brake warning light reset. While there they noticed that my DEF needed refilling and they did that as a courtesy without charge. I was so impressed that I scheduled my vehicle for service even though I typically don't go to the dealer for routine oil and filter changes. Humberto made me feel like I was the most important customer they had. I would definitely return to BMW of Tucson.
They took care of me by providing great customer service. I will always come to BMW of Tucson.
Dealer had me come right in without appointment to fix emergency flat tire. fixed it promptly,washed car and had me on my way
Ryan has been my service technician for years and he’s the best. Efficient, friendly, makes for an easeful experience
