ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think when one brings a vehicle for service with issues -one is very anxious as to the issues - the SERVICE STAFF is always thoughtful and knowledgeable with the customers need as the priority. I can say without a doubt as the customer- I always leave knowing all my concerns were handled and once again- I have a fine working BMW.

I've never owned a BMW previously. I recently needed my 2022 X5 hybrid to be serviced for the first time. The 12V battery appeared to completely discharge, leaving me stranded in a neighborhood cul-de-sac at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning (New Year's eve day). I called the service department, left a message, and within 3 minutes I received a return call from Barb, the service manager, who immediately arranged for my vehicle to be towed by Bronco Towing, the dealership's roadside assistance partner. The staff was very helpful. The one member that stood out from the group was Barbara the Service Mgr. Her leadership reflected how her team engaged me, then she took it one step further to make sure I all my questions where answered. Thank you service team of Tucson for great service. 😊
Excellent service; professional personnel. They promptly ordered the new tires I needed and installed them on the car within day of receipt of the new tires. People were courteous and professional.
