ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think when one brings a vehicle for service with issues -one is very anxious as to the issues - the SERVICE STAFF is always thoughtful and knowledgeable with the customers need as the priority. I can say without a doubt as the customer- I always leave knowing all my concerns were handled and once again- I have a fine working BMW.

I've never owned a BMW previously. I recently needed my 2022 X5 hybrid to be serviced for the first time. The 12V battery appeared to completely discharge, leaving me stranded in a neighborhood cul-de-sac at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning (New Year's eve day).
