we've dealt with this BMW dealership and its precursor since 1991 and have bought/leased more than 16 BMWs. We are treated accordingly and can't imagine any change in the future for either them or us.

My service advisor Ryan was very helpful. He went out of his way to answer my questions. I left feeling very satisfied that the recall work that was needed was done properly . It was completed in almost the exact amount of time Ryan had told me it would take. All in all it was a positive experience.

The service area was very clean, service personnel are very polite and accommodating and made you feel comfortable The work took a little longer than planned but the technician had to repair an improper (electrical) fix and a few parts were not locally available but was explained Also took video to show what needed to be done Appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle, it exceeded my expectations
