We own two BMWs. Mine went in for service and when it was complete and 'ready' to be picked up, my husband noticed a car part sitting on top of my closed hood. As it turned out, the mechanic didn't feel like putting this part back on (it was a cover to my air conditioner) and so he left it on top of the hood. After the car part was reinstalled, I asked to see where that piece was placed at (to make sure they didn't just throw the piece away while I wasn't looking). These guys always give me a hard time and act like they are superior. Poor customer service and not friendly at all. I mention Werner by name but he's not the only one. Most of them are smug to the point of sarcastic. They give you looks like you owe them something and you don't know anything. "Obviously you're not a BMW service advisor.
