Very pleased with the experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to work with us, without being pushy. We really enjoyed him. The paperwork was convenient and very organized.
Purchase Very friendly staff. Made the sale extremely easy. A quick return phone call up on interest of the car TJ Selby was made. Upon arrival salesperson got my sales person right away.
Service staff is A+ I have an older but very low miles BMW and having it serviced and maintained at BMW of Salem is an absolute pleasure. From the service advisor to the mechanics, they are all courteous and professional and if they don't get something right from the first time, they will see to it that it is fixed to my satisfaction with a smile.
Maintenance and Vehicle Status Check Kenzie was GREAT as always ! Got me in quickly before my maintenance agreement expired and was able to provide a loaner car. I'll definitely be back again for service.
Warranty Repair After a year an a half of waiting, BMW finally came through with the repair parts to replace a warranty defect in the passenger seat of our X-3. During the year and a half wait, BMW advised that no one should be allowed to sit in the passenger's seat thereby rendering the X-3 25% reduced in passenger capacity. Once we received notice that parts were available we immediately scheduled an appointment and the repair was accomplished in short order and the X-3 was returned in a clean inside and out condition. It's all good,... BUT We purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander and the folks who helped us were knowledgeable and competent. We traded in a 2011 Subaru and included the Owners manual for it and 3 keys. There was no Owners Manual for the Highlander and only one key.. we got a fair deal I guess, but if we had not been pressed for time we would not have made the purchase unless an Owners Manual and at least one more key had been provided.... It is really inexcusable, a 3 year old vehicle with no manual and only one key..
Oil change When I made the appointment I never said I will leave the car over there. I was surprised when I was told that it will be done by 5pm it was 10:30am at that time. I asked them to try to be fine by 2pm because I have another appointment at 3pm, and they did it on time.
Recall service The service department was able to schedule me at a convenient time and they had a loaner car for me to use. It was very convenient and the job was done in a reasonable tine
