Regular Scheduled Maintenance Very courteous and accommodating service staff. They were able to schedule our car for service within 24 hours and provided a loaner. Service staff delivered loaner to the service garage and provided quick overview of loaner. Very professional customer service!

I recently had my BMW X-3 serviced at the Salem dealership...I worked with Tim and was pleased with his review of what service was to be performed on my vehicle....I waited for my vehicle in a comfortable waiting area and visited with the salesman that sold me the car....Jon Duncan. A great service experience Kenzie was great! She showed me how to use something in my car I hadn't been able to figure out. And she pointed me to where I could make a couple calls while I waited. Coffee, WiFi and and a place to make calls, everything I needed to keep working. Kenzie kept me up-to-date with texts and notes while I was on the phone.
