15 year customer with multiple vehicles Having a loaner during diagnostics and repair. This is essential for me for repairs estimated to be same day and take three days. I was disappointed that by car was not even looked at on the day of my 0915 appt? Why not just pick a day. Appts. Don't seem to mean much.

Buyer beware The initial experience was good. But later I found out that my negotiated out the door price was totally different from the final price I paid. I did not noticed it at the time of signing.

Excellent service rep. Service rep went far beyond the expected. You should change the 20 word requirement. I shouldn't have to satisfy an unnecessary bureaucratic requirement and will not comment in the future.

Goodwill Repair of my BWM Thanks to the efforts of Dan Lilly, my service advisor, and Checkered Flag's Warranty peersonnel, my BMW's recent repairs were covered under my extended warranty as a Goodwill gesture. I had reported the problem to Checkered Flag and had my car checked out prior to the warranty expiring. I appreciate Checkered Flag's integrity in repairing my car, with my co-pay limited to maintenance items and my co-pay.

Dealer service The facility is nice. Like the fast appointment and lowner policy. Service advisors could use some training in listening and advising instead of telling.
Poor customer Service- STAY AWAY I never ever write feedbacks, but I had to for the horrible experience I had. Took my bmw for repair and it was stuck there for over a week. Mainly it needed spark plugs and coils change. I had to deal with Courntey and she indicated that she will call me the next day of the drop off to update me with status. Two Thoughts..... Ref Service: 1). Vehicle was ready and waiting for me out front when I arrived.....Top Notch! Ref Vehicle: 2). I don't know what you did to the engine (it was in for rear camera repairs), but it is running BETTER than when I drove off the lot when the car was new 2 years ago.

Quality repair Vehicle was brought in by service dealer where I purchased vehicle used. They were not positive what was wrong. I did like the final paperwork (for info), etc.

Poor Customer Service!!! WORST customer service ever!!! I have lost confidence in the dealer. I was interested in a 740li. The car is being advertised for sale but it has never been available for test drive. The sales person never returned my phone call. I ended up buying from an out of state dealer. Now Checkered Flag is very slow to service my CPO BMW. The GM Josh Hamilton told me I should have bought from Checkered Flag BMW.
