Outstanding Service! As always, perfect service! Checkered went above and beyond and even corrected an issue that I had from Casey BMW. No comparison between the two dealerships - Checkered is the only dealership in the area to do business with.

supercalifragilisticexpialidocious pulled in and I did not have an appt on my 2014 X5 for an oil change, was greeted and my service adviser took great care of me. She even got my state inspection done and it was not due until next month but to make sure I did not have to spend more time here than needed it was taken care of. Way to go Debbie!!!!!

Great service I was met by friendly staff, check in was fast and I was shuttled to the Norfolk airport in plenty of time for my flight . Mike had all paperwork ready when I came to pick up my car, which was freshly washed. I am very pleased with this dealership.
