A day and a half to put on tires To sum it up, I got four new tires and a tire alignment. It took a day and a half to do that which is entirely too long. Also, the tires I picked out and confirm the appointment, were not In the computer for some reason and the sales clerk tried to get me to pay $500 more. They also said the tire alignment was discounted since I’m purchasing for new tires by $50 but then on the final bill they didn’t give it to me.

Great service I did not purchase my BMW from your dealership, and I brought it in for recall items. You treated my car as if I was one of your customers.

Requested survey I love Dan Lilly but he is gone which stinks. Ashley is also amazing I am trying with three messages to return my car because the door wasn’t auto closing after I left the parking lot and my car was dirty

mini service My car was returned to me in very clean condition. Service was completed, however tech and service adviser list a shopping list of service, even though I only asked for specific items to be checked. Agreed to repairs, however 1st repair did not fixed problem and had to have additional repairs, after much discussion, diagnostic was removed and received a 10% discount on bill, however I feel we have to fight for those adjustments.

Scheduled Oil change Ashley was great. Gave me a time frame for wait time for my oil change. Appt at 10am I came in around 10:16pm and quoted me for 2hr wait and should be done by 12:16pm. I said great. 2hrs came by and came and she talked to me about an issue the technician saw - there was an oil leak. Technician was going to check it out and hopefully don’t need to replace the whole oil pan. And said that it should be about another 30-45 mins and offered me a shuttle to grab lunch. Service Department Is A Joke! After 3 visits to your award winning "service" department last week, once on Monday, again on Wednesday and the last time on Friday, I can truly say I will think twice about ever referring anyone to Checkered Flag. This is the second car I have purchased from Checkered Flag and after last week, this will be my last. unhappy I have used the Checkered flag location since moving from Jax Fl to Virginia Beach. Besides my last visit, i have not had a bad experience there. For previous reasons only, is the reason i will use Checker Flag.

An Unusual Slip The car was promptly serviced. Service was expertly performed. The car was cleaned prior to pickup. Management resolution of unacceptable scheduling was greatly appreciated.

Assessment Allen and Ashley were my advocates who helped me tremendously . I was having surgery in a few days, my car starter broke down, waited 3 hours for tow truck, then no loaner car, Allen and Ashley made plans to get my car fixed less then 24 hours between Friday and Saturday. This Checkered Flag needs help bad, I hope Allen can help but, the Owners need to make it better. I would get another BMW but not until the service managers have more to work with.
