Great Service I had my state inspection done on 9/11/14 and although I had several miles left before required oil change, I had intended to request the recommended annual. When I called regarding this, I was given an oil change appt immediately. Additionally, I have had issues blocked drain tube at sunroof which was an expensive repair just recently. BMW service department experience I liked the way in which my service department agent kept me informed as to the status of the repair work being done to my vehicle. I also liked that my vehicle had been washed and vacuumed when it was returned to me. Well done!

Way above and beyond regular service My service advisor, Courtney G is FANTASTIC. She keeps me well informed of the progress of my service and even spent 10 minutes personally cleaning some strange stain off my paint with 'scratch remover.' This was way above and beyond regular service.

Checkered Flag folks are great! At Checkered Flag, I am always made to feel welcome, I'm treated with kindness and respect and my service advisor, (Dan Lily), listens to my issues and makes sure those issues are quickly resolved. I would not buy a Bimmer anywhere else. Alas! I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE the new setup in the service area. There is nowhere to sit down and the layout itself makes me feel like I should be ordering a burger and fries to go, NOT discussing my BMW. JMHO

Great service,excellent consideration for custome Everyone was very polite and treated my input with respect. Having a loaner made it very easy for us since we live in NC . Our car looked nice and clean and best of all the car was fixed.
