Checkered Flag BMW Shawn really made my buying experience an enjoyable one. Very professional yet supportive and was always accommodating to my schedule and wants. He was always truthful, courteous and remained positive thru the entire process. Even after the deal was done he went out of his way to let me know that he is always available should I need anything and hoped his performance would want me to do business in the future which I definitely would do so. Great used car purchase experience My husband & I were vacationing in Virginia Beach & found a car that we were interested in. Service Update 10/2 Service Tech was very professional however I specifically asked for the tire pressure to be checked after the tires were rotated and this did not happen. Five minutes after I left the dealership I had a notification for low tire pressure.
Free change oil are scam for certified used car When I bought my 2017 mini certified used they told me that is free change oil and state inspection. Yes it is good for few years then when the saleswoman and the service advisor was gone, they have a new staff. They charge me for everything, their reasons was the other person make a mistake in the computer. What a scam.

Service for maintenance. The verbal explanation of work done and work that needs to be done, by priority. These vehicles never wear out. However, replacement parts are needed from time to time.
