Wonderful Experience & Excellent Customer Service An absolute delight dealing with the Sales Process (Kristina Gurskas), the Sales Manager and Financial Staff. I had a certain kind of car in mind - a specific color and extras - the staff at Laurel went out of their way to get the car I wanted. They could have pushed existing inventory but instead they kept searching for the specific car I wanted. I ended up getting my ideal car with friendly customer service.
