Lilly is Awesome! I had a great experience at Laurel! I had read previous reviews and went in to specifically ask for Lilly - she is truly a gem!! Great dealership best experience ever!!! I've recently purchased my 2008 BMW 528XI from this dealer and couldn't ask for a better customer service.
