Horrible Service Department I was charged 2 Deductibles for the same problems and the remedy offered .by the dealership was to not to charge me on the next visit which will never happen. The dealership endangered my life by not tightening the engine at the first visit
Extended warranty scam If I had a choice I would give them 0 rating. I purchased a premium extended warranty for my BMW 328X from this dealership less than 3 years ago. Recently I had an issue with the door locking system as it was working intermittently. Prior to taking my car to Larel BMW, I had an independent quality shop that only does work on import luxury cars look at the issue. Disappointed Very disappointed. I had appointment to demo car. When I came back after short ride salesman out with another client had to wait. Decided to buy car offered at dealership. Agreed on line to price. Submitted my insurance card etc. prior. I was given an appointment to pick up car. Highway Robery - and they were wearing masks I scheduled an appointment for an oil change -- the first following the expiration of the BMW 3-year service contract on new vehicles. With no warning I'm given a list of nebulous tasks, totaling over $2,300!!! No details, just a very brief and quite startling list. Maintenance Service advisor trying to mislead me to get $900 of unnecessary services! Will not go there again!
Patricia Ember I hesitate to write this review because is is definitely NOT complimentary!!! I received a quote on my yearly maintenance of $1,368.00 and when I arrived to pay for my car the bill was well exceeding $1,700.00. Mind you, there was nothing really wrong with my car. This was just normal maintenance. The manager, after I complained, refunded my the $400.00 difference, but I walked out feeling taken advantage of. Recent Service at Auto Nation Laurel BMW So I had my BMW serviced- not only did they not wash the car- they had me pick up my car at the employee parking- not knowing where my car was parked I spent a good 15 minutes looking for my car at less than 20 degree weather. Do not buy online from these guys After settling on the purchase of a BMW X3 and placing a $2500 deposit on the vehicle. I scheduled my flights to pick it up the following week. Fast forward 3 or 4 days and just two days before my flight and I get a call telling me that the car has sold. Disappointed Purchased my 5-Series here. That process went swimmingly. The 3 times I?ve been back for service, however, have left a sour taste in my mouth. My service advisor-same guy every time-doesn?t seem to remember me. It?s like Groundhog?s Day each time with the introduction. I don?t have a common name, making this even more weird. That hang-up aside? The poor marks here are a reflection of keeping my car overnight on each occasion, only for me to get my car back without the situation being remedied.
