Sales staff need better training dealership I found the car I wanted at a fair price. The communication and service was as expected until we agreed on price. Luke W was helpful as was Rich R. The service after my offer was accepted was dismal. I wired the funds to dealership within 5 hours. Disappointment I bought a BMW 2020 X7 one year ago and scheduled an appointment on their website for valet pick up and drop off for an oil change a software upgrade. The valet pick up was scheduled for 10am. The hour came and went with no pick up. I called and they informed me that they had no record of the appointment even though I had sent multiple emails and texts reminding me of the appointment. Disappointed Very disappointed that if you buy very expensive warranty coverage for windshield and dent repair, you cannot have it done at the dealership you bought it from. They even give you the wrong phone number to file the claim. I had to look through my paperwork and file the claim and waste more of time to get it repaired.
Don’t lease a car from them, buy or go elsewhere Laurel is a great place to consider buying or taking your car for service, but I would NEVER recommend leasing a car from them. EVER! Crazy the amount of fees they burden you with when you return a leased car, despite their sales efforts of explaining normal wear and tear will be factored in. Incompetence Took over two weeks to get an estimate to insurance company. Should have known this was going to be a headache. The day after I brought my car to the dealership, the service advisor calls and asks who my insurance carrier was. I was shocked since I got a loaner and when they provide a loaner you provide them with insurance info. Brutal. Service experience I brought my car in to have a check engine light and was charged $190 for the diagnosis. $190 for a 30 minute diagnosis is excessive and then to have my car returned to me w/out a measly exterior wash. Little things matter.
Buyer beware I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received from Chris Cole of Laurel BMW of Westmont. I have been trying to buy a car, finally decided to move forward with the purchase only to be told that there was an appointment scheduled to see the car and they took priority as they are "local". Wonderful experience This car buying experience was one of the best with Chris. We were able to do a lot of the deal over the internet and set up an appointment time to check the car out. Working with Devon with financing was smooth. It was a no hassle and enjoyable experience.
