"Key to Owning a Car is the service department" I have owned alot of cars in the last 4 decades. Buying a "new one" always concerns me as I have had such lousy experience with service departments. "Keon is the best!" Just brought my X5 in for service today for a last minute appointment with a tire problem. Keon Tobin quickly assessed the problem and also noted that routine maintenance was also due at this time. He was able to have all the work completed for me - while I waited!!! Whenever I have any service questions, he is always available by phone to answer my questions.
