"Wonderful situation." I felt Jae showed great empathy to me as a customer. I was in a quandary as to whether to buy a gas or diesel engine BMW 3 series. He brought out both cars for me to compare and contrast as I test drove them. He was able to effectively target my needs, but I was indecisive. He had an appointment customer, so he handed us over to a colleague Korey Mathews who was also very professional. I returned a week later to purchase the gas engine car I decided was best.
