Well worth the trip as I bought the vehicle I wanted and I was happy with the purchase and process. Harold (Salesman) is a very personable & professional gentlemen and provided top notch customer service.. He did not rush me, presented details on vehicle in understandable fashion.
"Excellent!" I was very pleased with my experience. Ben was very a very no-nonsense kind of salesperson. He wasn't pushy, and he did not "crowd" us. He was a great salesperson. He gave just the facts, and did not hesitated to tell us both the plusses and the negatives of each vehicle we were looking at. I will definitely use Ben the next time we buy a BMW.
