The sales are needed so bad that they will sell a car out from under you! I had been in discussion with DeShaun Regarding a MKC. I had planned on going down on Saturday when DeShaun called me Friday evening to confirm my Visit. When he did call he said that there were bad stains on the passenger seat and back seats and it was really bad. I purchased a beautiful X6 and it started smoking and burning a lot of oil. Took it to BMW of Columbia and they told us it was the engine, I did some research and found out it was a class action lawsuit on the engine in this car. So I called BMW of North America and they said the person who own the car before me was offered a new motor but they turned it down and trade car in and Hendrick BMW knew about the problem but did not fix it so they are to blame for selling me this car with a bad motor. Will never return to Hendrick BMW. Will drive as many miles as necessary to get quality and honest sales/service
We walked around the showroom and the car lot for almost thirty minutes. Not one person spoke to us. We have bought one car from them already and were looking to trade for a new one.
I love BMW product but detest dealing with Hendricks. The sunroof in my 2016 X-5 failed in the open position. While the motor was covered under warranty, nothing covered the fact their technician would leave dirty fingerprints all over the headliner. The moment you complain the service advisor marks you as a no show for your appointment to prevent you from having a voice in their surveys! No need to ever contact their service manager as they avoid calls and never return voicemails. Just an all around horrible experience!
Light came on in my x3 for service. Called guy said was for oil change. Arranged go in. Got call service dude says why I sent it in. Told him. Said I didn't need oil change. So did inspection ck and said would vacuum and clean. Got back and notice vacuum job useless. Didn't even vacuum back at all. Windows never touched. TOTAL. Disappointment. Mercedes Felix senates best service ever experienced. I like the x 3 but the service here sucks.
What has happened to the Hendrick Auto Group. Nothing but a complete waste of time. Such a shame
On Monday I went to Hendricks BMW on Independence to fulfill a recall on my 2007 335I. I did not meet my Service Consultant until the repair was completed. Justin Love (service consultant) called me to discuss my vehicle once the repair was completed. He led me to his office and informed me additional issues with my vehicle. Called to confirm if a car was available. Person checked and confirmed it is available. Drove 40 minutes and they told me the car was sold previous day. Waisted my time....
