I did not visit your shop. I am not sure why you are asking me for my feedback. Also my last to calls it took 25 min for someone to answer the phone. Received email to schedule recall and when I call I was told there is no recall on my car. Someone needs to pay more attention what is being send to the customer.

I do not recommend you purchase a car from here if you reside out of state. We faced many challenges with the representatives when it came to taxes and titling the vehicle. We had a bad experience purchasing our X7. I emailed the general manager twice but did not receive a reply. This was our 3D car from Hendrick BMW and 4 th BMW. We did not feel like a valued customers like the years before.

They came to me to perform a needed safety recall concerning an airbag since I couldn’t come to them at this time. Mathew arrived on time and completed job in less than 30 min.

This was my first purchase of a BMW and I spent weeks searching for a certified pre-owned 5 series that checked all the boxes. Prior to purchasing, I was ensured that my certified pre-owned 540i would be "like new" in order for it to even be sold as such. The following day after purchasing I noticed that part of the front bumper had come slightly unclipped and that a portion of the windshield had been scratched with a razor blade in an attempt to remove a sticker. Purchase a Rx350 ... no inspection done prior to purchase. After 4months I was contacted to bring the car back for a STATE INSPECTION. Just had the oil changed. And this is how the car was sold to me !

Hendrick BMW Northlake has had my car since last Wednesday. Yesterday, my service advisor, who is wonderful by the way, sent me a text letting me know my car was ready and to click the link to view the invoice and pay. I did within a minute. Then the service advisor texts me and says my credit card was declined. I look at my account and the money is gone and I have an approval code. I call Capital One, they show it's approved. Not real happy with this service trip. When I called and made appointment I specifically asked for a state inspection which they totally didn’t do. Also, a cap from my front bumper was missing when the car was returned. I’m just hoping this isn’t a downhill trend.
