Bought a BMW from them a little over 6 months ago. They sold us a car with off market lightbulbs in it. The person who installed them did not do it correctly so we now have to put in over $2000 worth of work because the lights developed condensation in them and caused the wiring to go bad. The warranty company we used through this dealership won’t cover it because it’s water damage. We put a call into the dealership and are being ignored. Quick to make a sale but not to fix an issue. We have purchased 3 BMWs from Hendrick as well as a Lexus and a Honda. We always purchase the extras (GAP, wheel & tire replacement & paintless dent repair). I have found myself needing to use the PDR for the first time. We recently relocated to Atlanta and I took my car to a local BMW dealer. The service advisor told me (after a quick glance) the dent couldn't be fixed with PDR. I showed it to someone from a body shop and he said it COULD be repaired and estimated $150. This company does not use union carpenters to build their buildings with non union cheap Carpenters undercuts the ability to live the American dream while they collect Millions for there cars that were built by Germany
Worse place to buy or service your car. Do not go there unless you wanna be disappointed.

Worst service ever. Do not buy a car from here. You are better off going out of town to another BMW dealership. They are dishonest and treat their customers with disrespect.
We had money (small plastic purse) stolen out of our car when brought in for service. They also replaced our nice valve stem covers on our tires with cheap plastic caps. Be careful of this service department.

Why does the car buying experience have to be so unpleasant??? Hendricks BMW is no exception. I called today to setup an appointment to view a specific car. I was traveling from out of state and did not want to waste my time traveling if the car was no longer available. I made all of this clear to the sales rep on the phone. She assured me the car was available and scheduled an appointment for me to view it. Much to my surprise, the car was gone when I arrived for my appointment.
