If you didn't buy your BMW from Hendrick, DON'T take it there for servicing. Three times, we have taken our 2003 325i for servicing with a passenger air bag service code. Twice, they stated it was the "BUCKLE" on the seatbelt. The ONLY issue with that is there is NO electrically or chip in the buckle!!! This year doesn't have the seatbelt sensor. Came in early this morning for a 7:30 am appointment to replace the under-engine splash shield, ordered on August 5, 2015, for my 1999 328iS w/M package. After 30 or so minutes the service advisor tells me they ordered the wrong part. Which means it came in around the 7th and no one checked to see if it was the correct part for my car - until today. Rather disappointed. 8/18/15.
Wish I could give the Independence location zero stars- terrible service department - didn't think there could be any dealership worse than the Northlake location but I was wrong - more interested in you giving them 5 stars on their emailed survey then taking responsibilities for their incompetence, lack of parts in stock and vehicle serviced as promised

Been on the "waiting list" for the airbag recall since November. I was told it would be a "few weeks" and would get a call when inventory came in. Still haven't received a phone call. I guess I'll just take the chance that my passenger doesn't get hit with metal fragments/shrapnel if I get into an accident....

Situation has gotten out of hand!!! Sister purchased 2008 BMW 535i Friday 1/30/2015 Hendricks Honda in Hickory. Car broke down while I was driving it Saturday 1/31/2015 in Charlotte. That less than 24 hrs!!!! Exhaust blowing white smoke. Vehicle wont stay started. Was able to get the car to limp to Hendricks Honda in Charlotte. I was told Saturday that Monday car would be towed to Hendricks BMW (thats where the car was originally shipped from to purchase in Hickory) because they weren't able to repair it. The simple reason why we stated that " the store where she purchased the vehicle from is technically the customer that brought this car in yesterday via tow truck" is because when the vehicle was dropped off by the tow truck, the towing company only gave us the Hendrick Honda's store information, meaning we still do not have your sister's contact information. Really not impressed with the service department, waiting 30 minutes to pick up my car, disorganized and disappointing in the level of customer service. I could buy a car faster than I can pick up my car from service.
