There is definitely something fishy going on with this dealership and maintenance/service quotes these guys give. I have been given wrong information about my brakes and rotors needing service. They tell me I need to get them replaced and it’s a $730 cost plus tax. I had to remind them to check my maintenance plan and where it clearly says i am covered. The worst ever Very unprofessional, lousy customer service bunch of liars from the sales man to the supervisor All what they good at wasting your time if you are a used car buyer do not go there They said car is available and transferable then not transferable then it’s sold then it’s available again Not going back even they giving it for free what a shame

I purchased a BMW X1. I was told that a certain feature (Apple car play) was on the car only to find out that was false! I was told ALL of the models had it (also false) and to come back the following weekend so the BMW Genius could set it up. I tried to follow up with the sales manager for weeks to get an explanation. Finally i got a call from the salesman that sold the car only from him to say “i didn’t say” it. Well he did, with both my husband and I hearing him say it. Worst experience of my Life. I leased new 540. It has Bluetooth problem to begin with, took it 4 times and this time they kept my car for about 4 weeks still not fixed.. I would never recommend..

Horrible experience, unorganized, unprofessional, and overpriced. I found the exact vehicle they had on their lot for $6,000 LESS than what they had it listed for. Exact same car, same packages, etc. Rude salesman.

*Update: Sent my number to their Facebook page and no manager contacted me back. I went to United BMW in Roswell,GA and got a car for an amazing deal with awesome service. I went to the dealership one afternoon, sat for two hours and was told they wouldn’t be able to get my finances done that day. Had to pester the salesmen and he would not give me any answers. Showed up only to find out he sold the car and didn’t tell me all day. Horrible service from all departments.

I have yet to have a good experience here, either in service or sales. They are clueless and do not value the customers time. If I could give them a negative rating I would

Never do service and never buy tires from them all Lies whatever they says, they said when bought tires if anything happens within 2yrs or upto 40 k miles if any issue in tires will replace now they said tire patched wonder how does patch get in new tire within year I never done any service outside always done Hendrik Only here mystery is how does patch tire got in my car after done tire rotation/balance/service with Hendrik I guess some how they did wrong tire when tire rotation done but not accepting this now asking tire r... read more
