One caveat here: I NEVER use the dealer to service my cars. Instead I rely on EuroEnvy Autowerks because they do significantly better work. That said, I had to get the airbag replaced under the Takata recall. It took nearly two hours to do what should have taken, at most, 30 minutes. At least the service writer was professional and the waiting room was nice.

I really thought that bringing my car to a dealership would be a different experience from the privately owned garages that have been servicing my car. I was incorrect about that assumption. Not only do my spouse and I feel taken advantage of but I also feel as if we have been taken as fools. After spending over $1300 the cars issues are still not fixed. It is too bad BMW is trying to turn the ultimate driving machine into a Toyota by sticking inferior 4 cylinder engines into most of their vehicles now. Very poor decision just to save a couple of MPGs. Of course, now you pay a premium for a real BMW, but that is fine. Who is the idiot making these decisions?
Bait and switch sales techniques - very dishonest about what the Certified Pre-Owned Warranties and Service Warranties actually cover.

If you guys only knew how these people drive those cars. I've been watching them drive up and down Independence for 3 years. This dealership and the Lexus dealership. No thanks. They're lucky they haven't killed some one so far. Wish I had a video for today's guy...

I hate to feel like being taken advantage of. And that's exactly how my experience. I extremely dislike the service given. Oh, I did get a "wash and vacuum" not to mention pay for service that I didn't need. I will be taken my business elsewhere. We absolutely won't be patronizing this center again! But it will be investigated to see if indeed I was charged when not necessary and attempting to overcharged on matters not existing. Thanks for what?????

Took 2.5hrs to put a patch on my tire. Had no loaner cars ended being a waste of the day.
What I think??? I think that my fiancé a hard working devoted man to this company who wanted to make it his career was let go due to a past angry friend who was not stable and picketed outside saying they hire basically dishonest employees!! This man is clearly unstable instead of standing by their dedicated employee they gave into a so called now homeless loser to save their reputation! The paperwork was never put through. I bought a car but after driving a few days didn't like it but past the 3 day rule so looked else where for a car and found one I liked but found out he paperwork from 2 /3 weeks prior was never processed! Had to wait for my new car. Now it's been 40 days and still waiting for my refund on the extended warranty. Conveniently no one is avail.
