I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from Mr. Ian Wyre on my car. He was very friendly and courteous to me. Although it took ten days to figure out problem and get new part, I was given a nice loaner. Whichever. My family loved it and said I should buy it. Andy Gouldbourn was very helpful and kept me informed of their actions to solve the problem.
Kevin, Patrick, and Mandy at Capital BMW made a complex two trade for one upgrade very easy, enjoyable, and a win win for the dealership and me. Took my 2015 BMW 535i in for its annual service this month (June, 2017). My Service Advisor was Ian Wyre. The service was performed timely and up to snuff, as usual at Capital Eurocars. This is my 4th BMW purchased from Capital Eurocars, and all four have had excellent service performed by the dealership. I have worked with Ian and other Capital Eurocars Service Advisors over these many years now - they have all performed professionally and have provided good advise and answers regarding my inquiries.
I purchased my BMW at an out of town dealership while traveling, knowing I'd need to take it Capital BMW for routine maintenance. I was concerned they might not be that welcoming in such a situation.
