Cadillac Escalade at BMW of Dallas John was easy to work with and made the process very easy.
Great Experience We only went to Dallas BMW because of Jon Drummond. He is someone we admire, not only because he is a famous Olympic Champion, but because he is excellent at everything he does. He is someone we trust, and as we know he has the best interest in his heart for his customers. We asked Jon to be our agent in the purchase of our Maybach. We cannot be more pleased with our new car, and everything Jon has done for us!
Customer Good, friendly completed the service, did so in reasonable amount of time. Device rep was very good.

Tire Replacement My tire was flat so I brought it in to the dealership to change it. They didn't have the tire in stock but they took in my car, promising they can have a tire in the next day. They sent me on a Lyft home and they brought me back on a Lyft the next day once the tire change has been done. I would say the service was good but very transactional. My tire was replaced with a new one but for a new tire, it didn't look very clean. It had white gunk on the outside and dirty/dusty so it wasn't very black. I almost do... read more

Smooth service Smooth process, got In and out was able to pay for service online so when I came to pick up I just grabbed keys and receipt and went about my business.

Service Appointment Unfortunately my service representative did not communicate, did not have service complete at time stated and my link for a Lyft ride showed none available and dealership was close to closing so I had to purchase my own Lyft ride to pick up vehicle.
