Service at BMW Dallas My service advisor was very courteous and friendly. He made sure I got a ride home while I waited for my vehicle and then he got me a ride back to the dealership. Overall a great experience.

Service Repair Feedback I always let Vincent Hudson know that I have scheduled an appointment so that he is aware of upcoming visit. Vincent truly understands excellent customer service which is non-existence these days. Francisco Torres was my POC for my last service visit and he was great to work with. He called with regular updates and kept me posted on planned completion date. Outstanding work and an outstanding team of people.
