Service and fees Went in for routine service. Service is good, however, there was a $59.99 fee for parts which is ridiculous. I?m paying for service not adverse fees.

When picking up the vehicle the BMW Genius helped me set the car to my phone and explain all the features of the vehicle.

Below Average Horrible wait times when calling the sell?s team is mediocre. The lady sales person was so darn rude. She never followed up after to ask mu about the purchase. The wait area is too small and crapped compared to other BNW dealerships.
