No License Plates Can not get license plates after 5 1/2 months. Talked to numerous people but no plates. Seems to be no person responsible so nothing gets done

Incomplete Job Initially I had an appointment for a multi check coupon that I had. When I was leaving, the antifreeze was leaking. My BMW stayed in the shop a few days. When I pick the car up, the bulb replacement light is still on. I don't understand how my car was in the shop that many days and that wasn't replaced. I spent a lot of money on the repair and I am sure the fee for a bulb would have been fine. I reached to the representative that was designated to me. No conclusive reason why.

2012 X5 repair Had the service manager ride with me briefly so we could agree on where to look for the source of the problem. Great communication throughout the repair process which needed only one day to complete.
