Rude people Bought my car through autonation used. Dropped it off here a month after purchase cause of a check engine light. They charged $100 to run the computer. Turns out they didnt wipe any codes when they worked on the car prior to sale and wanted an extra $45 to reset the codes. Representatives Marcus wouldnt even talk to me since he was on a call. Very rude people, useless and a complete rip off for service.
Ultra Expensive and Dishonest I was in Elk Grove, CA when the annunciator warned me for a service due soon - The rear brake pads needed to be changed in 1000 miles. I was about to move to Las Vegas so I requested a quote from Niello BMW Elk Grove, BMW Only in Las Vegas, and BMW of Las Vegas (A.K.A. Autonation). BMW X6 They said it would be finished in a day it took 2 days. The service department?s at dealerships are a huge factor in return buyers.
Slow Dealership Process Process on buying was very slow. With most car dealers, most documents are sent over via DocuSign ahead of time and few final paper documents are done at the dealership. That was not the case here. Took forever to sign the documents and the wait alone was over an hour. Secondly, even though this is a bmw dealership, their used car salesperson should be well versed of the used cars before customer arrives. Service received The service personnel was not direct on prices, did not return my call after I had dropped off my vehicle. After discussion on prices to service my vehicle I felt little confidence on my decision.
Audi S7 Buyer Beware. The silver S7 on their lot needs $10,000 in suspension work that they refuse to do. They want to pawn it off on you! Get it inspected independently.
BMW SERVICE HAS CHANGED! I've been a BMW owner for over 25 years. This is the first time I couldn't wait to be done with them! Poor customer service, bad experience all the way around. Very disappointed.

A Sadly Disappointing Experience I purchased an $80k Xs plug in hybrid. Prior to purchase I asked whether the car was one mentioned in an article indicating a serious problem with many BMW batteries. I was specifically told it was not. On a random call into the BMW Genius line, the agent, Adam, advised me I should not charge the battery in the car.
