Service is great! I have purchased two different vehicles from this dealership. The sales process is always straightforward and very simple. The service team is great as well! I have worked with two different advisors, the most recent one being Frank. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and then maintaining your vehicle there!

LV Bmw service My advisor Marcus Was great . They got me scheduled and updated me of the progress or lack progress due to parts. Took about a week to get the parts and make the repairs. Best part was, THEY UPDATED ME so I knew how to plan. Really appreciated this team.

Scheduled oil service at BMW of Las Vegas Service Advisor Frank was able to fit my car in on short notice. The excellent service, and Frank's familiarity with my individual preferences, makes getting my 2020 BMW M550i serviced there a pleasure. I'd highly recommend BMW of Las Vegas, both for any vehicle purchase or just for getting service on a car.

M5 review The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, The car I was interested in was just as advertised- very nice. My issue is two fold. One, the car was overpriced by $10k. Even the report in the folder in the car, listed the car for $85k. So obviously I didn?t purchase it. Secondly, I was trading in a very late model car with only 3k miles on it and I had put $15k worth of upgrades to it, yet I was offered below value??? Love Joe BMW service I've had terrible experiences in the past at another BMW dealership when it came to service after the warranty expired. Specifically, the service rep always tried to upsell repairs which I did not need. This was not the case here - Joe was great. He is my new go to service advisor. Thank you Joe!
