Service It took longer than expected, If they would've called me and told me they could order the parts for me to order it I would have my car back three days sooner.
Horrible Lot, DONT BUY from BMW of Las Vegas DO NOT buy a car from this lot. They are quick to get you in a car but I have yet to have one person respond to my needs after I bought the car. These are needs the lot should respond to but obviously they don't care because they got their money. Do yourself a favor and avoid this lot.
Sales Agent is the best. Always ask for Apple My mother and I had been in your store a few times. Apple Bratt was our sales agent. She has been and still is wonderful. She had searched for a car for my mother for weeks. She has followed up with her since her purchase. We can't believe our luck in finding Apple. I have purchased many high end cars and Apple has been the best agent that I have ever work with. She is outstanding in every way. OUTSTANDING
Great Sales People Purchased a used 2003 Toyota Tundra, the salespeople were so kind, I didn't even haggle on the price, and coming fr om a sale s family that says a lot. Steve Broka and Krystal Perry, were the best with follow up and aided in getting problems rectified. The finance department was great as well, I stopped in to update some information only to find out they had found a bank to finance me at 7% lower than my original agreement. Worse car buying experience ever Quoted incorrect interest rate on loan and would not honor original rate. Told us we had to buy four new tires when we turned the car in.

Repair Experience Had repairs done on my passenger side front seat. Also had an oil change done.
Bought a used car It's BMW and they have awesome cars, but I bought a used GMC Yukon at a very good price. Salesman was not the greatest even though he had 20 yrs of sales experience. That's why he was so pushy in not getting the things fixed that were broken. He kept on telling me that I was buying a 'used' car not a new one. (Definately not a brand new $50K BMW of which he specializes in.) He had no knowledge of the used car. I have to Rescind my good review of this place. In my initial review entitled Amazing Sales Experience by Jeremy in Las Vegas I gave BMW Las Vegas a perfect score. I probably should have waited to see how they work "after the sale", and it has been far below what I would expect from a BMW dealership. On numerous occasions I have called with questions on my new vehicle and I am immediately passed off to my sales person who can never be found and my questions go on unanswered.
