BMW disappointment I have had an on going issue for almost 3 years and they have yet to resolve the issue. I have gone above and beyond on my end and have brought the car in for repair 9 times. They can't figure out what's causing the issue so they turn me away without any answers. I expect a reliable car or a resolution from BMW, instead I have received terrible customer service and I'm stuck with a car that doesn't function as it should. I expected better from BMW. All I ask is for my car to get fixed.
BMW Las Vegas Poor customer service. Left messages with sales rep, 2 managers, financing department, GM and no one ever returned my calls. Just needed info on documents and paperwork.
Buying a leased cat I had a conversation with Dan about purchasing my leased car via BMW Finance and was told that I will have to pay inspection fee even if I am financing thru BMW. He also wanted to bring the car and leave it with them so they can perform the inspection. This is totally not correct since I was able to purchase my leased car thru BMW Finance via a phone application. Very disappointed that they tried to charge me for something that I should not have.

750 maintenance Excellent car service. Deplorable lounge service, not enough seats waiting for the car to be serviced standing up ,no cafe available. There is three systems to make cafe, none worked!!!
Gordy Karch Very friendly and looked after our problems. We were only in town for few days and they made sure all the work was done in a timely manner.

customer service Set an appointment to get my BMW looked at because the service light was on. My appointment was set at 7:15am I arrived at 7am. I dropped my car off in the service shop was told to have a seat and some one would be right with me. I waited for 35min of seeing people show up after me get helped right away. BMW 328i Long but good. I was planning on visiting multiple dealerships to look for a vehicle, but only visited BMW and purchased there. I like the no haggle pricing.
Service @ BMW POOR customer service at pick up. I waited over 30 minutes just to "get the paperwork" and pay when my vehicle was obviously ready as it was parked out front!
