Not satisfactory My car is older 03 745li so I don't think I was a priority they kept my car overnight couldn't diagnose problem didn't keep me updated and tried to charge me for nothing fees eventually waived after protest but I still have unresolved issues with car

Used X3 My salesman "K" was excellent. He did his best to move the process along as quickly as possible. The finance department was very slow. This was a cash deal that took longer than it should have. When I finally got the paper work, it was clear the finance manager had forgotten about me. To make matters worse, he forgot to have me sign everything and I had to return the next day.
bad service The worst service in car business, i own a very pricey bmw under warranty, they take their time fixing it, over a week just to get an answer what the issue is and a week to fix the car . They said someone going to call you and never a call . This is bad business and bad service, two weeks without a car and no loaner car available. Never again bmw ....
Horrible long distance expierience Found a rare car that I was looking for at this dealership. Although out of state I hired an inspector to view the vehicle. All as expected with the car - no problems there. Bad part came after I wired the funds into their account. Took them 3 weeks from the time payment in full was made until I received the car. Unhappy I had a horrible experience with the person chad assisting me. I brought my car in for one thing and now something else is not working. I never can get ahold of him and throughout this process he was extremely rude. I will NEVER bring my car back here to be fixed if I do not have to.
Bring your wallet Assumed my estimate for a possible repair was free... $170 later I was wrong. $170 to tell me my x5 needed $3800 in repairs.
Shopping for used BMW In Vegas on vacation and to purchase a BMW. Found two but, it took the dealership a couple of days to reply from cars.com. inquiry. Visited the dealership for about 40 minutes and nobody approach or offered to help us. As of today I'm still waiting on a warranty quote.
Car Service I've been coming to this location for almost 10 years for service and maintenance of my vehicles and this last service appointment was the absolute worst experience. When I have to wait 4 hours for a simple service repair and then have to return the next day because it wasn't fixed properly, that is a definite problem. Review on service The experience with my car service went well, although waiting in the customer lounge was nothing but un-pleasant. Other customers talking loud on there cell phones one even talking over speaker so that you could hear both conversations. Why have a TV playing in the lounge you couldn't listen for the loud customers. Next time get a loaner car and not wait.
