Purchased BMW M5 Called several times to the finance department before purchasing the vehicle. I finally get a finance officer. Asked him a question about a warranty states he was going to go out and get the cars VIN # and call me back I waited and decided to call back 20 minutes later and the receptionist advises me he left for the day. Not Happy Stopped by to check out a BMW and ended up seeing a used AUDI the sales people were so great at selling all of them. BUT to follow through with what was promised to this date I'm still waiting. I told them I would not take the car AT ALL if both buttons were not fixed. To this date I have contacted salesman twice and no buttons fixed. They said they would go to the DMV for me and I gave them a blank check and to date no plates have I received. Not Satisfied! The salesperson and I bought the car from was okay however while sitting there waiting for them to complete the financing, I heard a gentleman tell one of his salespeople to help the person with a 7 Series first because 7 Series has precedence over all of their cars. That made me feel like I was definitely at the bottom on the totem pole with my Chrysler. The next day I was told to bring the car back because it had a spray of something all over the windows. Service Review Service took too long. Dropped off car at 8:15 for a tire replacement and repair of sunshade. My car wasn't available until after 4:00 PM. However, I was provided a courtesy car.

Unhappy Customer Service was not what i exoected from BMW, not enough communication,repair took longer than it should and there wasnt any effort to provide transportation suring the repair. Constantly told one thing and everyday it wassomething else.

Excellent Service Advisor Poor communication between other services. Up until my excellent service advisor, the wait for a car wash was ridiculous. It appears to me the car was purposely parked in the back so I would not see as of every vehicle was pulled to the front to get the owner attention and my vehicle was never pulled to the front.
