It was time for a new car so I went down to the Irvine BMW and met Long Leho. My visit was exquisite, I had millions of questions, being apprehensive as I am, but Long was able to answer them all in great detail. We looked at quite a few cars and I got the feeling that he was more so helping me decide on what car I wanted.
Susi not only made time to point me in the right direction also took the time to explain how my BMW features work. With her uplifting professional happy go lucky attitude it was a pleasure learning about secrete features my car offers. It was a fun moment in time and refreshing to experience her competency as service agent. I believe her knowledgebase is extensive. No question went unanswered.
