I have submitted request to cancel extended warranty since Sep. 2017. The dealer does not respond or provide prorated refund, even the GM Steve Rudkin does not know how to respond to email when escalating the issue.
I took my 2008 BMW X3 for a recall service and I had a coupon for oil change and filter, my vehicle had no oil leaks at all, two day later I had oil drips in my garage,I took it back to service department, they kept me waiting for 1 1/2 hours and I was told that the oil leaks are from the oil pan gasket and had nothing to do with the service performed,I have second touhgs about it; I will never go back to Irvine BMW service, the oil change coupon is a rip off.
I have been to this dealership twice and walked out without leasing anything. They don't even match the competitor's price nor the lease payment. Their price on a same equip car was Thousands more and over $200 more in the lease payment and that was after negotiations. The salesperson Pieter was great and very helpful but unfortunately I cant say the same about the management. There are at least 5 dealerships within 50 miles radius. Took my 2014 M235i in for service yesterday, got it back and discovered $100 cash was missing from middle compartment. Called service department multiple times, left messages for service manager, still no call back.
i visited Irvine BMW last Oct 2016. but i try to contact the manager Rob Davis ,but he never call me back. i talked to customer service but they never try to solve this issue. and never apologize what they did to me. 1. Had lamp still not working. i visited this dealer 3 times with same problem. 2. Someone drove my car , from service department, and damaged my car. Rob Davis did bad paint job on my car 3. Thank you Justin Slogar for giving my family and I us a once a life time near death experience on the Father Day 06/18/2017. I paid for a check-up and replacement of a brand new battery. Very poor customer service. Tried to handle my concern with multiple people. No one would address the issue. Kept getting routed to voicemails and was spoken over when I tried to speak.
It was a very bad experience, BILL YANG YU is the most junk salesman I've ever seen, when you talk to him on the phone after a price, you drive an hour to arrive here, they have to change the price,I will never come here again ,especially advise you not looking for salesperson BILL YANG YU !!!!!!
I am an 8 year customer who has purchased/leased, serviced three of my cars at Irvine. Brought my 2008 x5 in and asked to have a full inspection. Was told the only things needed was an oil change and a $1900 (discounted) oil pan replacement. Got a second opinion. Car needed 6 things done do it but NOT AN OIL PAN REPLACEMENT. Don't bother calling Steve the GM he will do nothing but "look into it". Will never go there again. TED
