"Two of my worst experiences at any dealership" I came here twice and received just terrible treatment both times (and it was far worse the second time). For my first visit, I came for a scheduled maintenance under warranty. The level of service here was shockingly cold and poor, and I constantly felt out of place. My service advisor, Jenevieve Saldivar, was also brusque and cold during my visit. "Absolute dishonesty in service" Came in today for a service with 2 recalls to be performed with Gary Temel on my BMW 328i. (Which was purchased new from this dealer). I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my service here. Integrity and honesty is definitely lacking in this department when it should really be the forefront of it. "Worst BMW dealer in Southern California. " I found 2 BMW X3 and X4 in Irvine BMW and I spoke to the sales executive ( MAZ).I told him that I am coming from West Covina. I drove 1 hr and 15 minutes to buy my BMW with them. Two sales executives standing outside of their entrance and did not help me. "Unscrupulous Service" Absolutely the most unscrupulous dealership I know. Would have given it negative 5 stars rating if possible. My wife had the misfortune of bringing our 2013 BMX X3 to BMW Irvine for an oil change and standard vehicle inspection two weeks ago. Our extended warranty just expired in April this year and we plan to ship the car to NY soon for 1 year. "Dishonest " After verbally agreeing to how to proceed forward with a potential deal, sales associate ran numbers and took credit report, came back with credit score above 800. Then changed the deal, saying another party was interested in the same vehicle, so they wouldn't honor what they had previously agreed too. After wasting 1 hour having a verbal agreement and running credit report we had to walk out. Dont waste your time with this dealer. They will hard sell you and are dishonest.
"SERVICE CHARGE TO PAY FOR ISSUE FROM SAME DEALERSHIP SERVICE" On 09/21/2018 I brought my BMW X5 in for brakes that was covered by my BMW maintenance warranty. At that time BMW Irvine also performed an Intake silencer service and also replaced the air filter element. Only 14 days later or 578 miles later my BMW gave me a critical warning engine low power and it shut down in the street. I had to get the BMW towed to BMW Irvine on 10/06/2018. . "complimentry car wash" Unlike other BMW dealerships or other major auto dealerships, Irvine BMW refuses to provide complimentary car washes on a drop in basis. I just leased a 2018 X1 at Irvine BMW. Really? I have a 2016 Toyota through Irvine Toyota...they always offer drop in complimentary car washes. How cheap is CHEAP at Irvine BMW. Really unhappy. Suggestion, check out other dealers before leasing/buying a BMW at Irvine BMW.
