Superb - would highly recommend After dealing with a few dealers closer to us, we were able to find the exact car we were looking for here at Mt. Kisco. Excellent Service!!! Owning an auto repair shop myself I tend to be extra critical of someone else performing repair on my vehicle. I have had my previous BMW as well as my current one to BMW MT Kisco on a few occasions for warranty work and always left very satisfied with the repairs. The quality of their workmanship tops all. Great sales experience and love the car! I've purchased over 10 vehicles over the years. This is my first BMW. I must say this was the best sales experience I've ever had. The whole process can be unctious. This was not the case with Jim Salkin who was through, knew his stuff, warm, flexible, and extremely helpful from beginning to end. And the whole facility seems very clean and well run. I've owned the car for 6 days, still getting used to it, but am very happy with my decision to purchase a BMW.
Totally Satisfied Customer My experience at BMW Mt. Kisco was excellent. I worked with Mr. Rich McCarthy to aquire my 2012 128i. He was great and made the process wonderful. I will undoubtedly go back when it's time to replace this car, but in the meantime I am thrilled with this ride.
Nice comfortable enviroment very pleasant experien Brought the 2009 535 in for some basic service. Car runs smoother. Seth helped out and made a correction to my invoice (thanks). Would suggest to have more BMW loaners in stock instead of using the rental companies minivan. Not a bad thing but rather go from a BMW to a BMW. Overall, very satisfied once again.
